Lakes and naturalized greenways will meander through Cross Creek West, and special care will be given to the landscape, with rich, native plants selected for their sustainability and water needs. A robust trail system will connect comfortable and sophisticated gathering spaces, including our Waterhole Amenity Center!
Cross Creek West is part of the Cross Creek Ranch Community Association, the association that manages sister community Cross Creek Ranch.
As a member of the Cross Creek Ranch Community Association, Cross Creek West residents have access to the generous amenities within Cross Creek Ranch, which include more than 35 parks, three pools, 60+ miles of trails and 400+ acres of catch-and-release lakes. Residents of Cross Creek West will also be able to enjoy events planned by the community lifestyle director. Conversely, Cross Creek Ranch residents will have access to amenities within Cross Creek West.
Lifestyle & Fitness Directors
Dreaming up exciting resident events is the job of our dedicated Lifestyle Director. Each activity and celebration promise fun for all ages. Clubs and classes help residents pursue their interests in the company of like-minded folks. It’s a big job, but our Lifestyle Director is up to the task. Not to mention, full time Fitness Director dedicated to creating a community wide health and wellness program to strengthen both our minds and our bodies. Our Fitness Director oversees weekly group fitness classes, monthly challenges, and organizing large scale fitness events.

Nature is the backdrop for a lifetime of adventures. Follow our shady trails to open green spaces perfect for picnicking and sparkling lakes ideal for “me” time. Bike with the family. Stroll with Fido. Chat with friends. It’s your path to health, well-being and all of our amenities.
Swimming Pools
The hottest spot in Cross Creek West will also be the coolest. Our resort-style pool will take the edge off the summer sun. Children will splash to their heart’s content while adults smile and wave from comfortable loungers. All Cross Creek West residents are also able to use our sister community, Cross Creek Ranch's amenities.

Playgrounds /
Pocket Parks
Our youngest residents deserve a play space all their own — a safe spot where they can expend energy and recharge their creative batteries. Our playgrounds are designed for multiple ages and stages. Shaded benches allow parents to converse about schools, set up playdates and hand out the juice boxes.
