Caroline Bork Takes the Helm as Our Lifestyle Director

Caroline Bork Takes the Helm as Our Lifestyle Director

Big news, everyone! Caroline Bork is now the Lifestyle Director for Cross Creek West and our sister community Cross Creek Ranch, and she’s ready to make sure life is anything but boring.

After a few years of impressing everyone as the assistant lifestyle director here and at Cross Creek Ranch, Caroline is more than ready to level things up. She’s got not one but two degrees—business administration and sports administration—from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, and a knack for making every event feel like the social highlight of the year.

Her big career breakthrough? An internship with the Dallas Cowboys. Yep, she cut her teeth in the fast-paced world of professional sports, where she mastered event coordination, logistics and the fine art of keeping cool under pressure. Caroline joined the lifestyle crew in March 2024. In that time, she’s built relationships, organized events and proven she’s got what it takes to make our community feel like family.

“Creating a meaningful lifestyle program requires detailed management of all the little details that go into successful, large-scale events,” she said. “Working in this community, I had the opportunity to plan, coordinate and/or implement a full calendar of events and programs that range in variety and sizes. The biggest take-away that I have and will make sure to knit into all future programming is that creating events is an important offering of the neighborhood, but the magic is in creating community!”

Her event planning has resulted in several memorable moments for her. From the Father/Daughter Dance to theater outings, she’s all about bringing people together.

What’s on the horizon? A Rock 'n' Roll 4th of July extravaganza, fan favorites like the Pickleball Social and the twinkling Holiday Tree Lighting. But Caroline doesn’t do boring—Puppy Yoga and the Mother/Son Homerun Derby are coming in hot.

“I love planning activities and events because it allows me to bring ideas to life,” she said. “There’s something truly rewarding about taking a vision, putting in the hard work to plan and organize every detail, and then watching it come together for residents to enjoy. Seeing the joy and connection these events create for residents fills me with excitement and fuels my passion for what I do.”

When it comes to her personal life, Caroline is happy to share. With over a year of married life under her belt and two dogs who clearly run the show, she thrives on family time. When not designing dreamy events, she’s usually on the pickleball court, half playing, half socializing.

Her passion lies in creating gatherings where laughter is contagious, connections are effortless and everyone leaves thinking, 'Wow, that was something else.”

“What I am most grateful for and excited in this role is the opportunity to bring exciting and fun events to life for residents to enjoy,” she said. “I’ve always had a passion for event planning, and being able to share that passion by creating meaningful experiences for this community is truly an honor.”

Please welcome Caroline to her new role. We look forward to everything she has planned for us.
